    Have you solved this problem already? I did check your account and found that you have already unchecked the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." privacy setting. Please check the screenshot below:


    Are you still having this issue when you try to access an uploaded file URL? I would suggest you to please share the file URL which you are unable to download and shows 404 error message, and we will take a look.

    Yes, thank you, the issue has been solved by unchecking that box.
