    Is it only possible to have a favicon on your page tab created within a html file within my remote site.

    I mean its not possible to have a favicon when my site directs people to complete the form at jotform ?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    It is possible according to my colleague's answer at this thread:https://www.jotform.com/answers/201469-can-you-have-a-favicon

    I made a test and the result was this one:

    https://shots.jotform.com/eliezer/form-uploads/favicon.html

    You only need to enter the next code between the <head> and </head> tags of your HTML file:

    <link rel="shortcut icon" target="_blank" href="http://iconifier.net/icons/20131003014639_Jotform%20logo/favicon.ico" rel="nofollow" />

    Replace the the orange highlighted URL with your favicon URL.

    Let us know if you need further assistance on this or open a new thread to make nonrelatred quesions.

    Thanks

    My form is directed to Jotform.

    When the new page loads you see a Jotform pencil.

    I need my logo to be seen.

    My contact me button does not pull up a html file from my site but the form from you like below.

    Hi,

    I'm afraid that if you don't embed the form inside your own hosted html file, it will not possible to change the default favicon, so you should create and html file like my co-worker EliezerN  explained in order to have your own custom favicon.

    HTML file example:

    <html>

    <head>

    <link rel="icon" target="_blank" href="http://yourwebdomain/favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon">

    </head>

    <body>

    <!-- Your embed code here-->

    </body>

    </html>

    Once you edited the html file, save it "example.html" then uploaded it to your  web hosting, and your form  url will be something like"http://yourwebdomain/example.html"

    Check this guide about which embed code should you use, I recomend you the iframe code method.

    http://support.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

    Hope it helps

    please let us know if you need further assistance in order to show your custom favicon

    Thanks

    Ok im going to try this out.

    I have created a clone form to experiment with and need you please to delete some items for me.

    I require the form only,so please delete the Dr logo & text that goes with it.

    I can then import the form only into my html file.
