How to transfer forms to another account?

I need to create a (paid) work account, and would like to transfer over a couple of forms I created from my home account. Is this possible?

We can move the forms and submissions for you. Just provide us the links of the forms you want to move and the username of the account to which you want to move the forms to. Please note that the request has to be made by the form owner.
