When I edit or make a change in form and come back later the changes are not there.Asked by nsmith54321 on October 02, 2013 at 10:01 AM
I'm using the free version of the software. I have had this happen twice already as I've built on to my form and when I come back to add to it, it reverts to my form that is about 4 days old? I'm new at this as my web builder set me up with you guys so I could build a shopping list form for my site. I don't know what 100 Submissions a month means (I did see I have 0 submissions) and I don't know how much 100mb of data equates to. Very frustrating. By the way, I'm using Firefox.
Thanks for contacting us.
When you say "I'm loosing saved data" I think you want to say that the changes you do to your form in the form builder don't get saved. Or at least they seem to be saved and when you comeback later it doesn't show the changes you did, is that correct? If so, what I would suggest you to do is to clone your form to do the changes, please uset this guide to know how to clone your forms: Form Cloning
Also make sure to click the Save button everytime yo do a change:
If the issue still persists, don't hesitate to contact us.
I would recommend you to open a new thread to make your submissions related question and we will be more than glad to give you the proper assistance.
