Returned to needing to set up account

    Hi - I previously asked this question and was told...

    "By default, there's no need for an account.

    We have Access Settings through the Publish tab of the form builder. If the form is set as Public Form, there's no need for an account as users can view the form directly, fill, and submit it."

    So I set the Access setting to Public and I did a test, once I received the reply from Jotform and it worked; however, I needed to edit something on the form and rechecked the Access Setting which it is still showing; however, when I send a test email to someone, it is requiring an account be set-up again?

    I have checked your form and it is not asking to create an account.
