When creating a Smart PDF can a field answered on Page 1 be shown on subsequent pages?

We would certain fields to be shown on multiple pages without having to answer them on each page, for instance patient name, date of birth, etc. Is this possible?

My colleague answered the other ticket. His suggestion will work for your case. If you don't want to remove the other fields, you can copy the value by conditional logic.

If you don't want to add multiple fields in the online form and set up conditions, mapping one field to multiple fields in the original PDF is possible. To do this, you only need to duplicate the linked field on the PDF, as shown below:

Once duplicated, the duplicate is linked to the same field. Now, you just have to move the duplicate field to the correct location in the original PDF. You're done after.

I hope that helps. Please contact us again if we can help in any way.
