Form is not submitting, it says "Please wait."

    Yes, on that further assistance. So I changed my deadline from last night at 5, since the account was down for several hours, to today at noon. I did a test right after you reactivated it. It worked fine. Then two people last night after they filled it out, clicked "Submit Project Funding Request" and it just says "Please wait." So I tested it again and had no problem. Then I had one of them send me their answers and had my office manager copy and paste it into the form and click submit and the exact same problem. When you reactivated it what could you have done so that it might only be working for some browsers or only on a Mac or...? Please let me know. Thanks.

    Can we try submitting it to test further? If it has to be filled in a particular way, please let us know, so we can reproduce the issue.

    Yes, that's the form (sorry I didn't put it in there). Please, do test and no specific way to fill it out except mandatory fields. Thanks.

    I made a test submission on your form that my colleague linked in his reply and here is the result.

    I also checked and see that more than an hour before my test submission, your form was successfully submitted.

    Perhaps, the issue you have reported on this ticket was just temporary and it has already been fixed? Otherwise, feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.
