Can I cancel, and request a refund

    I signed up for the paid monthly subscription a couple of daays ago. I'm not able to use Jotform the way I was planning to.

    Is it possible to cancel and request a refund.

    I have downgraded your account back to FREE and proceeded to a refund.

    Please allow 5 to 7 days to see the refund appear on your bank account.
