Why can't I update my email address? I get this error message when I try:
I am the only user on my account, so how can I not be authorized to make changes?

Hello Mona,
I have taken a look at your account and I can see that the email address listed as webmaster@rscdscalgary.org and based on the screenshot this is the email you are trying to change it to. Is that correct?
Also, I can see that your account email address has not yet been verified. When you change the account email, you will need to verify the new email address in order to successfully make the change.

Hi Felipe,
It appears that it did actually work, it just wasn't showing that to me. I have now confirmed the new email address.

I can confirm that the email is now associated with your RscdsCalgaryBranch account. I assume that this is already resolved, but let us know if you need further help with your account.
