How can we take advantage of the non profit discount?

    Hello, I see that you offer special discounts to nonprofits.

    1. Do I need to get approved for the discount before creating an account? If so, does the username have to be my name? Can it be changed to the agency's acronym?
    2. Is your pricing per user, or can several users access the same account?
    3. Is the number of forms limit, for example for the Bronze Plan, 25 forms total per year, or is it per month?

    Hi Sara,

    Happy to help!

    1. No: you could create a Free Account first and then apply to non-profit discount to your account as you upgrade. The username does not have to be your name: you can change your username at your discretion.
    2. All accounts are single-user only. If you want to add sub-users to your account, you will need to contact our Enterprise Sales team here:
    3. The number of forms per account is a total limit and does not reset on a timely basis; so, for our Bronze account the maximum amount of forms you can have at any time in your account is 25 forms.
