Monthly Subscription did not work - help needed

    I created a Monthly-Subscription form and I'm actually testing it. I would like my clients to be charged the same amount every month. So, last November 4th I subscribed myself, making a test payment of 1 euro. I expected my credit card to be charged automatically today, December 4th. However, this did not happen.

    I'm trying to figure out what I did wrong. The initial payment worked well: I received an email notification and the payout on my Stripe account, that is connected to my Jot Form. The second payment did not work, though. Anyone has any idea of what the problem could be?

    As per checking, it seems that the Stripe integration on your form was set up correctly. Could you please check on your Stripe dashboard if the subscription is active?

    You can also reach out to Stripe support and ask them if there are any charge attempts made to your card.
