Sending the Jot Form

I am a very new Jot Form user. I just created a form and published it.I sent it my personal email account. When I send the form does the receiver had to sign up for a JotForm account to view and completed the form?

Hi Lakica,

We are glad to have you here. Normally users don't need an account to submit the form however if a form is assigned by you to someone, in that case, they'll need an account to access the form.

Here is how you revoke their access. Click on the Shared to option as shown above.
