Issue with a form

I need to know how I can add a drop option to one of my boxes. At the bottom of the form there is an option where a customer can select direct deposit. If a customer selects direct deposit how would I get an additional box to drop that states:

Account number

Routing number 

Checking or Savings

You may add a Dynamic Dropdown widget. Using this widget you can configure multiple steps. Based on one option it would show the corresponding values related to it,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to hide the options in a native dropdown based on another option.
