Paid for a subscription and you all still have my account showing as starter

    I can see that my colleague here https://www.jotform.com/answers/2743040 already cancelled your subscription and refunded your payment. Please try upgrading using the correct account and make sure you are correctly logged in to the account that you want to upgrade.
