Hi there :)
When I try to change the form I've created to be encrypted and am prompted to enter my password in order to create public and private keys, i am getting the message that i'm entering the wrong password. I don't think I was before, and then changed my password just in case, and am still getting that message.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi,
I have cleared the form caches for your account.
I would also suggest you to clear the cache of your browser.
