How do I get my inventory totals to match up to what I input?

    I am currently using free version of jotform but am running into a "calculation" issue that I can't seem to solve. there is a disconnect between the time a customer purchases the product and submits and when I update..............the inventory is off by at least 1 on some items but not all. If I manually remove the item and update - all is fine. But if comes in through a submission, and then when I go to update it does not add up correctly. I may be using the wrong feature for the function I am needing? I don't know.......any idea how to resolve this issue?

    In the jotform attached and image below, go to "glitters" and check out "glittersweet". You'll see that on the ordering form it states "1 available" yet in the "widget" you'll see a count of (2). Technically, i have only 1 in stock and in order for the "1 available" to show up I had to manually enter the (2) in the widget. If I had left a (1) the form would show "None available" when there actually is 1 in stock.

    That's is how the Quantity Gift Registry work. That only means that there was already one submission for "Glittersweet" and it counts the inventory total in your submissions.

    ex.

    Available quantity = 10

    Order = 5

    Remaining = 5

    If you want the quantity to show as the remaining quantity, you'll have to set the number in the widget as {15}. I hope my explanation helps you understand how the widget works.
