The submissions from the payment field is missing

    Help!!! I can’t see which product my customers are ordering. I have a ton of orders to ship out today and I don’t know which products go with which person. This is the second time this has happened please help!

    Hi! The reason why the products aren't showing in the Sheets view or Inbox view is because you deleted the products field several times and then added it back (as shown in the screencast below).

    If you delete a field, data associated with that field also gets deleted.

    The emails that were sent to you have the products information in it. You can pick the products from there.

    Thanks for your response! We did play around with editing however didn’t delete any of our products. The products have never shown up in the submissions spreadsheet when I open it in Jotform. We’ve had this issue once before, about a week ago, and after a few hours the data came back. So it’s not something we are doing on our end.

    The revision history is saying that you have switched from Purchase Order to PayPal payments. Even on switching the payment integration the existing submissions associated with this field will get deleted.1607222242_5fcc43e295ced_

    Could you please confirm if you have not switched from Purchase Order to PayPal payments?
