I received a email from a submission, but the submission transaction does not show up at your site like it did when i did a test.
what happened to it. The email also was sent to the wrong email account.

Can you let us know which one your forms you are refering to? When I checked your account I am not seeing any submissions. Once we receive the requested information we will be able to provide a solution.
