HOW DO I ATTACH MY BANK ACCOUNT TO THE FORM?

    I HAVE EDITED ONE OF YOUR BEAUTIFUL DONATION FORMS TO RECEIVE DONATIONS VIA CREDIT CARD. HOWEVER, I AM NOT SEEING WHERE TO ATTACH THE BANK ACCOUNT WHERE THE DONATIONS OR PAYMENTS SHOULD GO. HOW DO I CONNECT MY BANK ACCOUNT TO THE FORM?

    Happy to help!

    You will need to use one of our Payment Integrations in your form: I see after making a clone of your form 203391080279556 you have selected a PayPal integration.

    Were you able to successfully connect to your PayPal account? As a refresher, here is how-to-integrate-form-to-paypal-checkout:

    Upon checking your form, it looks like there is an issue with the PayPal integration:

    This typically means that there has been an issue in connecting to your PayPal account: you may need to go in and disconnect and then reconnect the integration.

    Please note that you will also need to have a premier or business PayPal account to use this integration: is your PayPal account Premier or Business?

    Could you please attempt the proposed solution above and re-check your PayPal account information and let us know if the issue persists? We await your response.

    that was helpful but not helpful enough. I would not want to use paypal at all because it has limitations in my country Ghana, West Africa. I would want to integrate only credit or debit card payment system directly to the bank account in Ghana. Kindly help me out.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible, you must use any of the available payment processors in our list of Payment integrations.

    I WROTE TO YOU GUYS YESTERDAY ASKING ABOUT WHICH PAYMENT INTEGRATION IS AVAILABLE IN GHANA?

    I HAVE FOUND SKRILL TO BE AVAILABLE IN MY COUNTRY, GHANA. HOWEVER, EACH TIME I INTEGRATE SKRILL INTO THE FORM, THE CREDIT CARD TEXT FIELDS DISAPPEAR. ANY REASON WHY? OR LET ME RATHER SAY THAT SKRILL DOES NOT SEEM TO HAVE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT INTERFACE.
