what contitutes the 100 mb of space and does that not go back to zero each month. Does each form submitted increase the data space used?Asked by mainelostdogrecovery on October 02, 2013 at 06:30 PM
using free app. number of submissions did reset to zero on the 1st but the data space is still growing. Downt that also reset. What is the 100 mb. Is that the size of the original form created or cumulative of ongoing form submissions? Not sure what is happening here.

I just checked your submissions status and you only had 3 in the submissions counter so I believed it has been reseted already as it should.
The 100MB limit is your file upload space capacity. The count isn't based on the number of submissions, it is based on the total file size uploaded to your form. Example if you're asking files from your users, when your form users uploaded files thru your form, it will be stored in your account. To reset this, you only need to delete the submissions in your account with files attached on it. Make sure to backup your submissions/files before doing so.
I hope this clarifies a bit. Thanks!
