Completed fields not lining up

    I created a form but when the people fill out the fields they are not in the correct lines on the form. See attached. How can I fix this?

    I checked your form, but the fields are not properly aligned in the original PDF.

    Please fix the field alignment in your original PDF first and let us know if the issue persists after that.

    I don't know what you mean. When I uploaded, the form, I clicked something about it automatically converting the fields.

    How can I fix the field alignment?

    Do you offer a service where you convert the documents correctly so I don't have to figure it out?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.


    When you do this, it does send the fields from the Form to the PDF.

    However, the mapping does not always map everything properly and you have to adjust the fields manually.

    On your PDF, if you click one of the green fields, you will see to which entry of the form it relates.

    Then you can adjust it and put it in the right place on your PDF.

    I am clicking on the green box but it doesn't look like it is close to questions on the form.

    Is there a service that will take this form and create it fillable Jot Form PDF with online signature?

    This appears to be above my ability level.

    I have tried to fix the field mapping alignment issue of your form. Please check one of your submission in original PDF and see if the data is being displayed correctly.
