    Hi there,

Before becoming a paid client I would like to ask you if it's possible our clients will see the outcome of the form they have just filled out, depending on their answers.

My goal is that clients will get a list of documents they should send us based on their financial situation (we are an accounting company that files tax declarations).

    Thanks for your answer!

    Have a nice Sunday,

    Ilse

Hello Ilse - Yes, that is possible.

You can create different email and PDF document templates with a different list of documents to be furnished, then based on user's responses, you can send them the respective PDF document.

Please refer to this guide on how-to-include-submissions-as-pdf-attachment-in-the-email-notifications

    While here's a guide on how-to-send-email-based-on-user-s-answer.

    Hi John,

Thanks for answering. I have carefully read the articles but I'm sorry to say it is still not clear how to I can provide my clients with a list of documents they should send to us, based on the answers they filled out in our questionnaire.

I kindly inform you that they will not have to send us just one document, but at least 6, based on the answers.

    Thanks for your help,

    Ilse

Hello Ilse - To clarify, do you mean you want to provide them the requirements based on the answers they provided in the form?

My understanding is that you would send the list after the form is submitted, hence the suggestion I provided in my previous reply based on this guide: how-to-email-different-pdf-document-templates-based-on-users--answers. Here I assume that you would like to create a list and send it as a PDF to the users.

Now, if you mean you would like to provide them the list while filling out the form and based on their responses, this guide might help: how-to-show-or-hide-fields-base-on-user-s-answer. To better illustrate, I created a demo form. Here's the link: https://form.jotform.com/203415066371045

Let us know if that'll work for you. If it does, share with us the form where you want it to be implemented so we can guide you through it.
