    Hello,

We have been using Jotform scripts to embed forms on our pages. However, Jotform does not respond to scripts and forms are not displayed on the page.

You can check it on https://hoc.am/randevu/muhammet-turan

    Here is the script: <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/202365350057045"></script>

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

I've checked the form and was able to access embedded without any issues:

Could you please check if you can access using the direct link to the form instead:

I've cleared your form caches from our end. Please also try access using any other browser or internet connection and check again. If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot with the error page. Here's the guide on how you can post screenshots on our support forum:

    We're looking forward to your reply;

    Thank you in advance!

    Hello,

    Thanks for your kind feedback.

We can access to the link you gave: https://www.jotform.com/form/202365350057045

However, we cannot embed this link on our pages.

The subdomain form.jotform.com cannot be reached at this moment by showing ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR:

    1607272757_5fcd0935e526e_Ekran Resmi 202

Due to the fact that all embed links generated from the Jotform dashboard are linked to form.jotform.com domain, forms cannot be displayed:

It seems the form.jotform.com sub-domain is blocked at the ISP level in Turkey. While our backend team is looking into this, I would suggest you, please use the https://www.jotform.com domain and see if you can access your forms.

    For example:

Instead of using the form URL: https://form.jotform.com/form/xxxxx

Please use the following form URL: https://www.jotform.com/form/xxxxx.

In your case, plase embed the following code and check again:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.jotform.com/jsform/202365350057045"></script>

    I hope this helps.

Please let us know if you have further questions.
