Unable to access form link - ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

The form, which has been running smoothly for 1 week, cannot be displayed on my website, and I get an ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR error on the form link. The screenshots below are from Google Chrome and Internet Explorer browsers. Form link directly gives an error, the field on the site is displayed blank.

When I test it with Vpn over the UK and Germany, it can be logged in from the same browser. But when VPN is not used, I tested it on two computers and 2 phones in different locations, it gives this error.

As I see it today in Turkey there are others who encounter this problem. I've seen a few topics in the forum, but they are not resolved yet. I would like your help on the matter.

I solved the problem. You can try the sequence I showed in the screenshot I added.

1 - Formu klonlayın / Clone the form

2 - Yeni formun sitenize ekleyeceğiniz linkinin başındaki "form." kısmını çıkarın. /  

  The "form." at the beginning of the new form link you will add to your site. remove some of it.

Hi ufukugumu - This issue has been reported to our backend team and has just been fixed. The error occurs when you use form.jotform.com domains so using www.jotform.com may fix it.

The issue with form.jotform.com has been fixed as well, so you can use either of the two domains.
