Form Tabs widget not working

Hello,

Are the form tabs widget not working ? I have added this to the top part of my form , but when i preview it, it shows no tabs at all. I have used the default settings.

I have checked the form you linked and the Form Tabs widget isn't working for your form since it only has 1 page. Once you turn your form into a multi-page form, you will be able to see the tabs.
