for example, in this case, I need to make sure the customer is choosing only 20 snacks, They tell me they didn't realize they've chosen more, and then I'm stuck with an angry customer because they didn't know how to count to 20. https://form.jotform.com/202387327893162

Hi there,
I've checked your form and it seems to be working as expected. It is going up by one. Can you please specify that which options are adding 10 instead of one? So we can check it.
Looking forward to your reply.
Thanks
