Ok so I want to know if there is a way to have a progress bar counting every single time a customer chooses an option.

for example, in this case, I need to make sure the customer is choosing only 20 snacks, They tell me they didn't realize they've chosen more, and then I'm stuck with an angry customer because they didn't know how to count to 20. https://form.jotform.com/202387327893162

You can achieve this by using the Assign Values + Form Calculations features.

User guide : How to Assign Calculation Value

    Ex:

then Sum all the Total calculations.

You can use the Conditions feature to block the submission if the total quantity exceeded 20..

Hello can you double check if I did it correct? It's going up by 10's not one

    Hi there,

I've checked your form and it seems to be working as expected. It is going up by one. Can you please specify that which options are adding 10 instead of one? So we can check it.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks
