Can not retrieve password

    My account is not allowing me to log in via Google and when I attempt retrieve my password it is not sending me a recovery email.

    Please try resetting the password as explained in this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password

    I have tried that multiple times. It does not send me the reset link. After
    attempting 5 resets, I finally received one email and the link within that
    email said it had already expired. That was after clicking it immediately

    I checked your account, and it looks like your account was suspended due to spam. I have activated your account, and you will be able to access it.
