When I first created a form for a site I was creating, I was given this code to embed:<iframe class="form" src="http://www.jotform.com/form/73190142792" frameborder="0"scrolling="no" style="border:4px solid #762d30; width:550px; height:360px; z-index:1;margin:-320px 40px 0px 30px;float:right;"></iframe>
I no longer want this form available because I no longer maintain this site. The new designer will be making his own form. I deleted the form in "My Forms" and deleted it permanently from trash but the form is still appearing on the site.
How do I get the form off? I no longer have access to the site and I DO NOT want the new designer using my form since it is under my account!!!! Shouldn't me deleting take care of it?

This form belongs to some other account. That's why you cannot delete it. You should simply remove the form from that page. We cannot delete someone else's form. You need to make the request as the owner of the form.
