Send data from Google Sheet

Hi, at back end for accounting, i linked one table with 3 to 4 forms. And each sheet inside table, i added one column for accounting comment.

Each individual form is linked to google sheet for other users to view the form as they are used to google sheets. I wanted this column to be integrated with form field.

How to integrate this this added column to form. If i create another field in form still backend we will se another column. Please guide if this is possible

If I understood your concern correctly, you're looking to send data from your Google Sheet, to your form. Unfortunately, you can only send data to Google Sheets, and not the other way around.

No I am not trying to send from google sheet to form.

I linked 3 forms to table. Then i added a column in table. That column i wanted to see in google sheet. So i thought only way is that that column reflects in the form., then i can see the same in google. sheet.

Normally when you add a column to the table, the google sheet should update automatically. In case, if you found that the new field is not appearing on the google sheet, could you please try re-integrate again?

The table i am adding the column is the table linked to other forms.

So as it is not a direct table and indirect table, the column added doesnt appear on the form as its used for internal purpose. But in direct table i can see the column.

So the column is not seen as a field in form and hence not in google sheet. I try reintegrating twice. But the field is not appearing in selection.

If I understood your concern correctly, you want a column that you added manually in the table to appear in the form? If yes, then, unfortunately, this is not possible. Any additions made in the table will not affect the form.
