hi I was wondering if I submit and then I click the back bottom would the submission still go through?

Hello! I believe that you;re referring to the browser back button.

If yes, then once you click the Submit button, the submission is registered, pressing the browser back button or reloading the browser will gave no effect on the submission that has already been made.
