    Hi!

    I have created a PDF via jotform PDF.

    This is the link:

    https://www.jotform.com/pdf-submission/4831209050016736892

    I am logged in so I can see the PDF but when others view it, the 404 error appears.

    Is there a link/way to view this PDF without requiring a log in?

    I have already set my privacy to the below and I am still seeing the 404 issue

    Can you please help?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Could you please tell us how you are sharing the PDF with other people?

    I can see that the autoresponder email does not have the PDF attachment enabled for this Form.

    Hello,

    I have cloned your form and tried to replicate the same issue on my end. Unfortunately, I could not do so. The Share option is working as expected.

    Here is a screencast of the clone form,

    Please try to share your PDF Documents via the Share button and let us know if the issue persists.

    Hello,

    You can share a PDF version of the submission to the person who submitted the form by including an email field in the form that is always visible (to make sure that the submission gets sent every time to the person who filled it), then going to Settings > Email > and click on the little pen that appears when you hover over the Autoresponder

    Then you can choose Advanced and turn on the switch on PDF Attachment

    Once you've done this, don't forget to scroll down the page to click on save.

    Once this is done, the person who submitted the form will receive a copy of the PDF:

    Hopefully, this will help solve the matter at hand.

    Should you have any further inquiries, please don't hesitate to reply to this thread.

    Hi, thanks Octavius.

    How do we get the last code in the link automatically?

    We want the PDF link available in a spreadsheet so that we dont have to always go in jotform and click on the share button.

    Hi Gaetan,

    Thanks for the suggestion. Can we have it as a link instead? We want the PDF to be viewable by anybody who has the link.

    Kindly use the format below and replace the one in bold letters with its appropriate value.

    https://www.jotform.com/server.php?action=getSubmissionPDF&sid=SUBMISSION_ID&formID=FORM_ID

    SUBMISSION_ID = Where-to-Find-the-Submission-ID

    FORM_ID = Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL
