Hi
I have three forms in my account. Two of them allow submission, one of them do not. My quota should be revised by now since it is over a month since I first registered.
Please help.

Here is the screenshot. This happens when I try to send one of the forms of jotform. The other two forms are working fine.

I've checked your https://www.jotform.com/form/203083713934050 form, and it's loading fine on my end.
Try clearing your browser's cache, or viewing the form in incognito or private mode, or try using a different browser, see if the problem persists.
I've also cleared your forms' cache as a precaution.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
