    We would like to inform you of phishing activities at the domain of https://form.jotform.com/203391783167057  on ip address 35.201.118.58  


    The date and time the abuse occurred in the format

    07/12/2020, 14:21:25


    The time zone corresponding to the abuse = Time zone in Jakarta (GMT+7)

    It is asking for user's OTP code stated as "Kode Konfirmasi"


    Please terminate this domain accordingly.
