My clients having problem while opening my forms

    I cannot open my forms from iphone since last 2-3 days.

    There were no problems before that.

    The error code i get when i try the fill the form from the app is: ERROR CODE: -1200

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, JotForm users who are located in Turkey having difficulties to access to JotForm. This issue has been escalated and our developer team is working on it. We cannot provide an ETA on when the issues are fixed. However, you will be notified when it's fixed via this thread.

    As a workaround for your needs, you can use "https://www.jotform.com/FormID" instead of "https://form.jotform.com/FormID" to access your forms.
