I can't view all my submissions

    I have been collecting feedback using Jotform since October 2017

    I now want to update my process but key to doing that is running a report on the feedback received so far

    Everytime i try to access my submissions by clicking on the "You can edit this submission and view all your submissions easily." - it tells me "Unauthorized Access Your account does not have access to this page. Please switch accounts or view your forms."

    The switch accounts link doesn't work (i click it and it literally does nothing)

    Can you please help?

    Hi, thank you for contacting Jotform support.

    As per checking, it seems that there is no form under your account.

    Could you please share with us the Form URL in question so we could further check?

    Are you perhaps referring to the form https://www.jotform.com/72984186756373? If so, please note that the form is under a different account with the username ASKOHYEAH.

    Please log into that account if you want to view the submissions.

    Thank you for confirming the USERNAME, that is a big help

    I am now trying to reset my password using that username and I haven't received any reset links to my email

    What could be the problem?
