I have my form integrated with Google Spreadsheet... It sent all of the submissions at the time I enabled the integration but the spreadsheet is not getting any new submissions.

We apologized for the inconvenience. Please try reintegrating google spreadsheet and let us know if this resolves the issue. I have tested the integration on my and works fine and updates my spreadsheet with the new submission.

did anything change? I've already tried that twice and both times it only uploaded the submissions that were already present.

Thanks for contacting us.
In order to avoid this issue, make sure to not edit any row or column of the spreadsheet, otherwise that will break the integration.
I also made a test with one of my forms, but I wasn't able to reproduce the issue:
I also cloned your form, made the integration and sent some submissions, but I had no problems, the spreadsheet updates automatically:

I would recommend you to clone your form and try to make the integration. Please refer this guide to know how to clone your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL
If the issue still persists, don't hesitate to contact us.

The only thing I'm changing with the spreadsheet is in the security settings to make it public to anyone who has the link. Would that effect anything with the integration?

No, that doesn't affect the integration. Please try cloning the form and make the integration. I would also suggest you to clear your forms caches, that might help. Use this guide to learn how to do it: How to clear your form cache
