Form can't submit, likely due to Appointment widget

    I’m having the problem where it won’t let me submit the form if the Appointment widget is being used ....I don’t know what’s wrong

    To clarify, are you referring to this form 203413131956146? I have cloned your form and did a test submission. However, I was unable to recreate the issue.

    Could you elaborate to us which device do you used when this error occurred? And could you kindly try again? It may be temporarily.

    Hi! I’m talking about this form ... I’ve filled out the form completely but the submit button doesn’t work... I use my ipad to do everything btw! Thankyou for the quick response!

    However, I have cloned your form, did a test submission and was able to review and submit.

    Could you kindly try another device/browser and let us know if the issue still persist?

    That’s so weird!
    the treats section fully appeared on mine but I still can’t review and submit the form.😔

    Hello,

    I already clear the cache in your form, please try again, and if this issue persists, please let us submit a test response in your live form, so we can test it.

    May we ask which browser you're using?

    Kindly try it in incognito or another browser.

    Also, may we ask for console errors if it's not allowing you to submit.

    I got the test submission! It’s seems to be working but when I try to submit the form from the app it doesn’t seem to be working. And when I send the link to my friend it just directs them to safari. Thank you so much for being so patient with

    Just uninstalled & reinstalled the app and I still have the same problem. I wish I knew what was wrong because I really do want this form to work one day.
