Please refund doube payment from Paypal

I've not been using jotform and I just got billed $190 for an annual subscription.

Please refund to my Pay Pal account.

Hi Val,

You would have to manually cancel the subscription from your PayPal account. Follow this guide:

1. Log in to your Paypal Account

2. Find the reference (I-Y0VLJLHPFUJ3) to the latest payment you have made to JotForm

3. Once found, click the subscription number for that transaction

4. Now click on the "Cancel Subscription" button and that is it.

Once you have canceled the subscription then you may let us know so that we may be able to refund it.
