Can you see when last your shared you forms link?

    Unfortunately, we don't have a way to track the last time a form was shared.

    Update. If you have shared your form via JotForm using the "SHARE ON EMAIL" or the "INVITE BY EMAIL" option. You can view when you have emailed the form link to someone on your Account History page.
