i am unable to turn on the encryption of responses for the form i created. i get the below screenshot. i have reset my password. any other suggestions?

I have also cleared your form cache.
Please try to enable form encryption and let us know how it goes.

i tried using chrome instead of internet expolorer, and it worked that time. thank you!
