I see the form on the website is not built on JotForm. Do you want to build the form in JotForm?

If you want to add a service fee then you need to configure the products outside the payment field.

1) You will need to split your products into native fields such as "Single choice" or "Multiple Choice" fields, and assign a value to each option: https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

2) You can show the products based on user's answers by applying conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer

Question about your response - Since we are asking for donations, as per your example, we do not want to a predefined amount. Can we do standard, $25, $50, $100 and a blank field so if someone is feeling very generous they can fill in a blank and donate $500?

We are currently using Gravity forms on our website (wordpress based). We would like to convert to JotForm, BUT do not want to lose the features we currently have as displayed on our webpage. Is that possible?

For custom amount donations, you can add a simple field like Short Text and add input masking so that it gets displayed correctly.
