Where is all my submission/information?

    Hi,

    I checked your account and you have 12 submissions. If you deleted a form with submissions, unfortunately, we cannot recover it. Same with deleting the submissions. Once it is deleted, it is also deleted on our system.

    If you're referring to a different account or form, please share the form link or account username so we can check it further.

    I did not delete any of my forms and I just renewed my account to the silver level. I used to have hundreds of submissions connected to my forms and they are now all gone. Can you please tell me what changed in my account to make them all disappear?

    We apologize for the inconvenience and the trouble it has caused you.

    As my colleague said, you have only 12 submissions and 1 form in the account with this email:

    Can you please share the form link in which you had more than 100 submissions?

    Hello,
    I think there may have been a mix up because I thought my email was on two accounts that were the same as they had all of the same files. One was YouthDepartment and one was HIYouth. I did not realize they were two separate accounts and I only paid for the HIYouth account.
    There were numerous forms with many submissions and now they have been deactivated. This was the link to the form https://form.jotform.com/62776662784169

    Hello,

    I checked the account (YouthDepartment) and it is a free user and it is over the limit. You need to upgrade the account so we can restore the Total Submission Storage.

    I am awaiting a response to my query on the disappearance of all of my data!!! I have not deleted anything or changed my account?!?
