Unique questions: How can I keep the same entry from being cast?

I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly, but if you want to restrict an answer to be unique on your form (so that other users cannot use the same answer), there is an option to set a question unique in the form settings.

In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab, click "Show more" and scroll down until you see a Unique Question field. Here you can choose which question on your form you want to set unique.

Also, if you want to restrict dates and timeslots, you can use the Appointment element. If you set the Appointment Type to One-on-one, the appointment field will make the chosen timeslots automatically unavailable after a person has reserved them.
