How to make the Last Update Date column empty by default

I created a tab labeled 12/9/20 – Dive ops. The Last Update column is still all filled in. Is it possible to change that to only show once the screened box is selected?
Thank you very much with all your help!

I want to clarify how did you get the data in the current table? Have you imported an excel file, or have you entered them all manually?

I have re-checked this feature in JotForm Tables, and here's what I found further:

    1. New Entry submitted on the form will have the Last Update Date empty/blank by default.
    2. If you manually entered the entry, the last update date will be filled by default. It's the same when you import data.

With that being said, I would suggest submitting the names manually on the form rather than entering them directly on the table. But note that any changes on each row is considered an "update" and will, therefore, fill the Last Update Date column.

    Thanks

I think we’ve gone down a rabbit trail and have lost the original intent of my question.
If you look at my form, is it possible to record the time or time stamp the time that the “Screened” box was selected?
That’s ultimately what I need to happen.
    Thank you!

I've provided a solution to your original ticket. That worked well for me. You can verify it on the shared table.

    https://www.jotform.com/tables/203136609211041?st=eXB2b2JzM3I3WFdxRGUyMXFOQTRNdENGWEc2eWZjaVphUG5yT0VlOGhraU9rZ3RMVE5USlVRT0FRNFE3d0haQVczc2hGZUYrZzRjSHVKa3o2TkhMRHc9PQ==

You can see that it is not populating the timestamp column if the Screened column is not filled.

I've added the same to your table. Would you mind checking? I have the following formula on your "12/9/20 - Dive Ops" Table:

I've also tested it for the top 2 names.

    Thanks

Scratch that! I see what you mean now. I'm looking to have it corrected.

Okay, the TODAY function should suppose to do it. But it is returning the Date value only, no time. I find no other option that allows time stamping.

I indeed up reporting the problem to our developers. If that is fixed, I'll update you here.

In the meantime, the only solution is to add the DateTime column as explained by my colleague. Put the time there manually.

    Thank you.

Hi. Is it possible to change the email that this account is subscribed under? I am resigning from my position but would like for my coworkers to be able to continue to utilize the forms I have created.

    Thank you!
