Hi.
When I initially set my form to accept only stl files in the upload field, there was a problem and the file didn't seem to upload properly.
When I changed it to *, it uploaded fine. However, I also changed the file name to remove spaces. Do spaces in the file name impact the upload? I would prefer to specify the file type stl rather than using the * for all. I don't want to keep testing submissions as that may count against my free plan.
I also have these questions about the plan:
- Could you clarify what it means to have 100 submissions for the free level? Is that in a year?
- With the 5 form limit - is that only active, published forms? Or all forms ever created?
- I signed up to do some testing. One of my forms was just a test, and had a test submission. Can I delete that one, and delete the two test submissions to my other form, to start fresh on my new allotment of submissions and forms?
- Does a public library qualify for your educational discount if we decide to upgrade?
Thanks.

I will be answering your main concern on this ticket.
Spaces on the filename will not affect how it will be uploaded on the form. Also, the File Upload field in your form will only accept the file types you set to it to allow. Here's the result of my test on a cloned version of your form.
You can test the upload field in your form if it will accept the file you are accepting without submitting the form first.
As for your other concerns, I have moved them to different tickets, respectively, considering those are about different topics.
