How to create an order form but accept payment manually?

This is the form I created: https://form.jotform.com/203344532175046 - I started with Paypal integration but then it got pretty complicated and more importantly, I wanted to offer Venmo, Cashapp, or check as payment options after the order form was submitted - using the invoice option that was included. If someone wants to pay via Paypal, it works, but if they don't complete payment through Paypal, the form isn't considered submitted and invoice is never generated. I need a way to let them order, choose options, get total, and submit the form, and then the invoice gives them the payment options to follow up with. Is this possible without forcing them to pay via Paypal? I did not know Paypal payment would hold the process up and stop submission of the form. (sorry tried to upload a PDF at first and it said only otehr file types allowed, but wouldn't allow me to just remove it, so had to put SOMETHING in there to get this form to submit! I can def tell it's a Monday!)

You have to create the form using our Purchase Order tool.

Just delete PayPal, and add Purchase Order. The items and their settings are automatically saved/added for you.

Now, for the payment options, add a Single Choice field for the selection. Unfortunately, there is no online payment on this method. You have to follow up with the client about the payment steps after they submit your form.

Great, Welvin! I was inching towards that answer as I was searching through old questions. My only question is, you say to "delete PayPal" and add Purchase Order. I can't add Purchase Order to the form without first deleting PayPal integration, and I don't see any option to remove the PayPal integration. It's green checkmarked and I don't see a way to uncheck or remove it.

I did try creating a brand new form and adding Purchase Order integration, BUT the products I spent all that time creating are NOT available for me to access, and I'd hate to start all over again. Thanks for your help and hope I'm missing something simple.

In the form builder, click the PayPal field, click the Remove button.

Search for Purchase Order through the Payments tab, click on it to add.
