    Hi,

I have a 26 box, check all that apply, kind of section that keeps dropping connected fields each time I fill it out for a test run. I fix the fields that don't fill out, even though they had a connected field, they then work, but three new fields will fail to be check off, and the field will say "add to pdf". Those three are not the same, they seem to be randomly different each time. Any advice? Thank you!1607375176 5fce9948e077d Screenshot 2020 Screenshot 10

If you're referring to the Vietnamese option or other Asian/Southeast Asian, please follow the screencast below. You need to match or map it to the PDF.

Please try it to other options and let us know if the issue still persists. Thank you!

I have done that several times. I completed the whole thing appropriately, like above. During a test run of the finished form, 3 fields would fail to be checked off, despite having placed the fields and the pale blue box still present. They would loose there assigned connection obviously. I would fix those fields, run another test, and 3 different race boxes would fail similarly!!! I did this three times. It is not me.

I will next try deleting the whole section and redoing it.

This is not a good glitch when dealing with data collection. I now need to test my other forms! :(

    Hi,

Is it okay if we do it on our end? Also, please share the 3 fields so we can investigate it further. Just to confirm, I am assuming that you're referring to this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/203385344826055

We'll wait for your response. Thank you!

    That is the form! :)

It looks like it is still: Other Asian. Other Southeast Asian, and Vietnamese for right now.

I hope you find out what is going on. I thought I was crazy! Keep me posted.

    Thank you,

    Aischa

    Hello,

I updated the form and I also tested it and it is now working fine on my end. I am using a PC and Google Chrome internet browser. Here's the screencast of the test:
