After testing out various form applications through Google Drive I want to try JotForm again. After reinstalling the app it gave me a strange error:
User already exists, create a new drive integrated form
initializing google user instance
I sent a question to this support forum yesterday and a representative said they deleted it. However, after trying to use the Drive app again and also signing in from the site iteself, it still says that the email/username has already been used. The same error above also persist in Google Drive.
I'm not sure if the representative actually deleted the account or if there is some residual issues still happening after the account has been deleted.
I would like to re-register with the same email and username I had before. Is it possible that someone could take a closer look to see that my old account under "gkryzano" is deleted? Can I re-register with the same information?

Thank you for contacting us. Yes we can re-activate your account with the same username and email. I have enabled back your account and you can try using google drive feature again.
Let us know if you are still having issue.
