Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement by adding "Show Map Location" widget in form. The following guide should help you how to add widget in form: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form

Hope this helps. Do get back to us if you have any questions.

Thank you for your reply. What I want do is have the person whose filling in the form to enter their real address (NOT THEIR CURRENT LOCATION) and have it appear on a google map for which I have an API Key. Also, is there any way to connect this with the auto complete address widget?

You can also try Address Map Locator widget:
    https://eu.jotform.com/widgets/address-map-locator

This one will also enable users to enter the address they wish to share with you, and show it on the map.

Let us know if this will work for you.

This widget also doesn’t show the delivery address on the map – it only shows the current location of the person filling in the form. I need a map showing a second address – NOT the persons current location.

    Hi,

    Please check this widget: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/geolocation

Here's a related guide on how to get a Google Maps API key: https://www.jotform.com/help/597-how-to-get-google-maps-api-key-for-jotform-mapping-widgets

Give it a try and let us know if that's not what you're looking for. Thank you!

    Hi:
    Thanks for your reply.
I tried that widget also and I do have an API key, but none of the widgets allow a customer to input an address (NOT THEIR CURRENT LOCATION) into the form which will automatically come up in the Google Map. Someone’s current location is really not important since people can be on their mobile devises anywhere in the world. But to have a shipping/delivery or actual address used in the form is way more important for non-site specific events. How do you cater to restaurants who need delivery addresses or shipping of products to a delivery address? This is the link to my form.

Thank you for the added information on what you want to achieve/looking for.

I think this is the closest widget that you can check. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/location-coordinates

    Here's the demo form: https://form.jotformpro.com/form/52072759691969?

And, here's my test on the demo form: (I will put the address on the field, and then it will show the location on the map)

Please try it and let us know if you need further help. Thank you!

The way I understand your requirement is that you want users to fill the address field and that address will be passed on to the maps widget, right?

Unfortunately, It's not possible to pass the value of the address field into the widget. For that reason, it will currently not work with your requirement.

What we are showing is an option for users to manually put their address location directly into the widget, not by copying the value from the address field.

I hope that clarifies it. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

That’s correct. I just want the users to put their address into the widget’s field and have it show up on the map. As soon as I know it works, I will delete the non-widget question. I did what you said – I activated the google map api java script and it still doesn’t work.

I have checked the form I assumed you are having the issue you are describing on this ticket in your account and it seems that the Location Coordinates widget in your form is working properly.

    1607663585 5fd2ffe1ac6b9 zt201211 001156 Screenshot 10

However, that widget is in between questions 14 and 15 of your form, not 15 and 16.

Isn't that the same widget you are referring to? Or, did you already remove the widget that is having an issue?

We will wait for your response.

    Hi:
Please look into my form at https://www.jotform.com/build/203166244985057
And advise why the google map widget between questions 15 and 16 is not allowing me to input an auto fill or manually put in an address that appears in the map. I can move the map’s red pointer and the address fills in, BUT it doesn’t work the opposite way – it doesn’t allow me to input an address and see it on the map – the auto fill feature also is not working. PLEASE HELP.

Between 14 and 15 is correct. As you can see, you are able to move the map’s red pin and the address will show up, BUT NOW TRY IT THE OPPOSITE WAY. If you manually type in the address (not only does it not auto fill) the map doesn’t show the address you typed in.

As checked, the PLACES API is not yet activated, thus the error:
