Jotform deleting things

    My jotform seems to be slowly deleting itself and my options slowly but surely. I have been working hard to complete it and all my work is being erased, please help me.

    Kindly explain to us what exactly is getting deleted from your forms.

    Are the fields getting deleted or the responses?

    Yes that is the form I am messaging you about. My product options were deleting and i just retyped everything and i am afraid for it to happen again. First my categories vanished and then my quantity and option buttons and then slowly my products deleted too. I was wondering why this happened to me so i do not have to go through this again, and is there possibly any way i can copy this form just incase it does start to erase again?

    Does the form in the current state have all the fields you have added or are fields still getting deleted? I am not sure how that occurs since there is no option to automatically delete a field from the form.

    You can always use the form revision history tool, to revert your form to a previously saved version: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-how-to-view-form-revision-history

    I’m not sure why it happened either, i just pray it doesn’t happen again! If you click “publish” is that considered as saved?

    Hello Monique,

    A few widgets have special green SAVE buttons that you should click to save the changes made, but usually JotForm saves everything automatically.

    I would strongly suggest creating a clone of your form as a backup should it happen again. Like my colleague mentioned the process is explained here:

    No matter what i do everything keeps deleting and it is causing a HUGE inconvenience for my business. I will be switching to a new form and writing a terrible review. Now that i’ve looked deeper it is clearly a reoccurring problem for many people and maybe you guys should really fix that on your end. You are hurting businesses with your faulty website. Thanks for nothing.

    Hi,

    please accept our sincere apologies for this issue. If I understand correctly the field where the issue occurs is the Product List. Please note that with this field, every time you edit or create a product, you will need to individually click on the green "save product" button at the bottom:

    Please note that there is no option that would automatically delete products from the product list.

    Additionally, when editing your form, please make sure you have good internet connection, and before exiting, check at the top the last time the form was saved:

    I have don’t everything you explained and nothing made a difference. I will find another form to use. This is the worst experience I have ever had & you cause a lot of complications with my business. Have a great day.

    could the reason for the weird deleting possibly be a storage limit, and there is no collaborators
